Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to your use of the app or app or website of Petzworld (www.Petzworld.in – hereafter the “App or app or website”) and Petzworld mobile application (iOS application / Android application – hereafter the “App”), provided by Digital Mutation Pvt. Ltd.(hereafter “we” or “us” or “our” or “Petzworld”) (hereinafter referred to as DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD.), a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at 4, Tarangahill Society, Chandlodia, Ahmedabad 382481 These terms and conditions, privacy policy and community guidelines regulating use of these Services constitute a legally binding agreement between Petzworld and the User (the “Agreement. Please go through them carefully. If you object to anything in the terms of use or our privacy policy, please do not use the app or app or website or the app or any other service we offer. This app or app or website Petzworld.in    

Petzworld and/or any other app or app or app or website(s) linked to this  app or app or app or website is an online information and communications service provided to you, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

Please read this document carefully. By accessing or using petzworld, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you should not access or use petzworld. If you have any questions about these terms, please contact ( info@digitalmutation.in)

DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. may amend/modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms and conditions on Petzworld. You may review the modified terms and conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of Petzworld, shall be deemed conclusive proof of your acceptance of these terms and conditions, as amended/modified from time to time. DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. may also suspend the operation of Petzworld for support or technical upgradation, maintenance work, in order to update the content or for any other reason.

If you utilize Petzworld in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions, DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. may terminate your access, block your future access and/or seek such additional relief as the circumstances of your misuse may be deemed to be fit and proper.

DEFINITIONS/User

The term Subscriber/Customer/User would include any person, whether an individual or a legal entity who has subscribed to the Services of Petzworld (whether on a paid or free basis), and to whom the access to Petzworld is restricted by the use of a sign in user name and a password. The user name and password are either allotted by Petzworld or chosen by the Subscriber or agreed upon by Petzworld. It is made abundantly clear that only the authorized User has the right to access the Services so offered by Petzworld.

The term Browser/Visitor will mean and include a person who utilizes any of the Services offered by Petzworld, without the need or a requirement to create an account i.e. visits non-restricted portions of Petzworld.

The use and access to Petzworld shall be subject to these terms and conditions and community guidelines. For the purposes of this Agreement, any person who does not have a legal or a contractual right to access the Services, but does so, will fall within the definition of an ‘unauthorized user’ and will nevertheless be subject to the terms and conditions regulating the usage of Petzworld, and expressly so with respect to respecting the intellectual property rights of the DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD., and abiding by terms and conditions below mentioned.

The terms ‘User’ and ‘Customer’ would include both the Subscriber/Advertiser(s) and Browser/Visitor(s)

The terms ‘Service’ or ‘Services’ would mean to include the interactive online information service offered by Petzworld on the internet through which the user may access information carried by Petzworld in the database maintained by it. The terms would also include to mean the search tools through which the User can search through the hosted databases and information using a number of search tools that are present with a selection matching their search criteria. The term would also include services by way of space used by customers for advertisements such as listings and banners. Users then select one or more of the items presented to view the full document/ record. The term Service does not extend to Petzworld acting as an agent either express or implied on behalf of any User/Customer and is merely acting as a medium of information exchange.

 Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to make changes to the terms of use and privacy policy at any time. We may do this for a variety of reasons including to reflect changes in new features, changes in business practices or requirements of the law. The most updated version is available on our app and app or app or website with the date of last revision. Please check the terms of use and privacy policy periodically for changes as all modifications are effective upon publication. Continued use of the Petzworld app and app or app or website after revision indicates the user’s acceptance of the terms of use. We will notify Petzworld users when modifications are made to the terms of use and/or privacy policy via our App.

MODIFICATION

DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. will, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of, and refuse Service to, any User who repeatedly or intentionally violates these terms and conditions. Additionally, the User agrees to allow the Pet listing, or any part of it, to be searched, displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise referred to by users of the User’s app or app or website or the Petzworld app or app or website.  DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. shall have the sole authority to choose the manner in which any Pet will be searchable, displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise used on Petzworld and DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. shall have the right to modify the Pet listing in the exercise of its rights under these terms and conditions.  

Petzworld reserves the right to change, modify, adjust, vary, amend or alter all or any of its Terms of Use at any time and at its sole discretion. All such changes, modifications, adjustments, amendments and alterations shall be duly notified by Petzworld however, it is the responsibility of the User to keep himself/herself updated regarding such modifications. Petzworld shall in no case be held liable in respect of such modifications. The User agrees to abide by all applicable guidelines, policies, rules, terms and conditions for availing the Services on Petzworld, which may change from time to time.

RESTRICTIONS/ PROHIBITIONS
  • The following actions will inter alia constitute a misuse of Petzworld and are strictly prohibited:
  • Utilising the Services offered by Petzworld in any manner so as to impair the interests and functioning of DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. /Petzworld and which is non-compliant with laws and regulations.
  • Copying, extracting, downloading, sharing, modifying, selling, storing, distributing, making derivate works from or otherwise exploiting any content, data, information, including profiles, personal details, photographs and/or graphics, available on Petzworld and/or any services or products of the DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. , in any manner or for any purpose which is not, consistent with in accordance with the Terms of Use.
  • Users are expressly prohibited from using or exploiting Petzworld and/or any content or data provided therein for:
  1. any commercial purposes such as creating alternate databases, extending access to Petzworld to third parties without prior written consent of the DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. ; and/or
  2. undertaking any business activity which is in competition with the business of DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. ; and/or
  3. Sharing access with persons who are not contracted with the DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. .
  4. Reselling the products/services offered by the DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. .
  • (Using or attempting to use any automated program, software or system or any similar or equivalent process (including spiders, robots, crawlers etc.) to access, navigate, search, copy, monitor, download, scrape, crawl or otherwise extract in any manner, any data or content including but not limited to adding or downloading profiles, contact details, or send or redirect messages from Petzworld;
  • Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access (inter alia by hacking, password “mining” or any other means) to: (a) any portion or feature of Petzworld or any of the services or products offered on or through Petzworld which are not intended for you; (b) any server, app or app or website, program or computer systems of the DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. or any other third parties and/or Users;
  • Modifying the services provided through Petzworld or their appearance using any technology or overlay any additional offering on top of such services or simulate Petzworld’s services or its functions in any manner whatsoever without explicit consent obtained in writing by approach us at info@digitalmutation.in
  • Accessing Petzworld through interfaces other than those expressly provided by DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. ;
  • Attempting to breach or breaching any security or authentication measures set up by the DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. in relation to Petzworld and/or attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. ’s system or network;
  • Scraping, downloading (including bulk- downloading), replicating or otherwise extracting any information or data from Petzworld (by any process, whether automatic or manual) to offer any products or services which are similar to or may in any manner compete with the products or services of the DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. ;
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, deciphering or otherwise attempting to do any of the aforesaid or deriving the source code for the Site or Application or any related technology or any part thereof;
  • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technological protections used or employed by the DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. or by any third party in order to protect the content on Petzworld and/or to exclude robots, spiders etc. from crawling and /or scraping content from Petzworld.
  • Bypassing or circumventing or trying to circumvent any service limits including but not limited to Search limits, Captcha limits and occurrences on different triggers
  • Interfering with or disrupting or attempting to interfere with or disrupt (including by using any device, software or routine), the use of Petzworld or any computer networks connected to Petzworld, by any other User;
  • Developing, using or attempting to use any automated program, scripts, robots, third party software or system or any similar or equivalent process (including spiders, robots, crawlers, browser plug-ins/extensions/add-ons, iframes on third party sites, mirroring, HTML parsers etc.) to access, navigate, search, copy, monitor, download, scrape, crawl or otherwise extract or modify in any manner, any data or content from Petzworld without explicit consent obtained in writing by approach us at info@digitalmutation.in
  • Impersonating any other person or entity, or making any misrepresentation as to your employment by or affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Forging headers or in any manner manipulating identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any user information;
  • Stalking, threatening, or in any manner harassing any other User;
  • Imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Petzworld’ infrastructure;
  • Engaging in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of Petzworld (or any part thereof) and providing deep links into Petzworld (or any part thereof) without prior permission of DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. ;
  • Spamming Petzworld/DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. or any other Users including by uploading, posting, emailing, SMS, transmitting or otherwise making available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
  • Hosting, modifying, uploading, posting, transmitting, publishing, or distributing any material or information that:
  1. Violates any applicable local, provincial, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation for the time being in force;
  2. Belongs to another person and to which you have no right;
  3. Infringes, breaches or otherwise contravenes the rights of the DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. or any third party, including any copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary rights;
  4. Contains computer viruses, or other computer code, files or programs designed to disrupt, destroy or interfere with or limit the functioning of Petzworld, or any other computer system or resource;
  5. Is grossly harmful, harassing, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, disparaging, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling in any manner, any content which is or may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libellous, blasphemous, vulgar, pornographic, paedophilic, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever;
  6. Which constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to other liability, or otherwise violate applicable law;
  7. That deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
  8. That harms minors in any way; That threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting to any other nation.
Eligibility

Petzworld is a social platform with the purpose to connect like-minded people around the globe to find love. By creating an account on Petzworld you hereby warrant the following;

  • you are atheist 18 years of age
  • Pet is owned by you; pet is part of your family and lives in your house and you are authorised to take decision for pet.
  • you can form a binding contract with Petzworld
  • you are not barred from using the Service under Indian laws or any other jurisdiction worldwide.
  • Your Pet whose profile is posted don’t have history of biting people or making ruckus.
  • you do not have any unspent convictions, or are subject to any court order, relating to assault, violence, sexual misconduct or harassment
  • you will not use our App or app or website or App if you have been removed from Petzworld
  • you do not appear on the IndianTreasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or face any other similar prohibition
  • you will comply with this agreement and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations
  • we are entitled to remove your accounts with Petzworld permanently if any of the above conditions are not met
  • you are not a citizen of any country that is a part of the EU.
  • Use of this app or app or website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, undischarged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use this App or app or website.
  • Users may not have more than one account. Maintaining more than one account by a user shall amount to fraudulent act on part of the user and attract actions against such users. Additionally, users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your Petzworld.in account to another party. If you do not qualify, you may not use the Service or the Site.
  • The Company owns no responsibility in any manner over any dispute arising out of transactions by any third party using your account/e-mail provided by you to the Company or payments made by your credit card by any third party.
  • In consideration of your use of the app or the Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the App or the Site’s registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or Petzworld.in has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Petzworld.in has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof). If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password including cases when it is being used by any of your family members, friends or relatives, whether a minor or an adult. You further agree to accept responsibility for all transactions made from your account and any dispute arising out of any misuse of your account, whether by any family member, friend, relative, any third party or otherwise shall not be entertained by the Company. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You agree to notify Petzworld.in immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Petzworld.in reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in its sole discretion.
  • If you are a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorised by the business entity to accept these terms and conditions and you have the authority to bind that business entity to these terms and conditions.
Governing Law

These terms of use and privacy policy shall be governed in all respects by the laws of India and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat

 

Registration and Your Account
  • If you want to use the App or app or website or App, you first need to register. In order to register, you need to authenticate yourself using Facebook or google login. Or mobile After registering, you can create a personal account (“Your Account”). When creating Your Account, we will need your and Yours Pet You are further invited to provide us with more information about yourself including but not limited to your interests, story, pictures, philosophy, work and an icebreaker, apart from basic information about yourself (such as your name, gender, date of birth, height, relationship status, religion, ethnicity, city of residence). You email will serve as your identifier while contacting support. You have to provide details of your pet like category, breed, height, colour, age and Name etc.
  • Your Account is registered via your Facebook, google Login or with you mobile no. By logging in through Facebook or google Login or with you mobile no, you authorize us to access and use your Facebook or google account or mobile information including and not limited to your public Facebook/ google or mobile profile and information you share in common with other Petzworld users for the creation of your account on Petzworld.
  • The registration and creation of your Account qualifies you as a user. Users can be suspended by us if we receive several complaints from other users.
  • Petzworld does not accept any responsibility for the login credentials used to sign in to the service. You accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur under those credentials.
  • By registering for Petzworld, you grant us permission to send you SMS notifications about your profile related activities.
  • If you feel your account has been compromised and been accessed by someone other than you, contact info @petzworld.in requesting for removal of your account from your registered email ID.
Community Guidelines

You agree to Petzworld using emails/sms/WhatsApp or other medium of communication  and to notify and engage you with the service. Petzworld users are expected to conduct themselves with a high level of dignity and professionalism. Unacceptable behaviour can lead to the termination of their membership. The below etiquette is expected of Petzworld users:

  • You will not post, or transmit to other users, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party’s rights.
  • You will not use a robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, data mine, or in any way reproduce, reverse engineer or bypass the navigational structure or presentation of the service or its contents.
  • You will not use the Petzworld app for soliciting your own business activities or for commercial purposes.
  • You will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to Petzworld or to any other user.
  • You will not publish links to other app or app or websites.
  • You are not permitted to share details of Petzworld login with another person.
  • You should be using your discretion while sharing personal information with other users on Petzworld. Petzworld Members are expected to exercise simple precautions for their privacy and safety. You may not publish any personal contact information on Your Account, such as your complete name, address, email address, telephone number, instant messaging contact details or social media app or app or website URLs or usernames. In addition, for your safety, you may not include personal contact information in messages to users who have not previously contacted you.
  • Your account will be terminated if you are found to misuse the written spaces on Petzworld.
  • Your photos will be reviewed before being published on Petzworld.
  • You will not upload viruses or other malicious code or compromise the security of the services offered by Petzworld in any way.
  • You will not post content that is vulgar, defamatory, controversial, violative of copyrights and trademark rights, violative of any law that the publishing of such content may be subject to.
  • You will use in a lawful, responsible and respectful manner, any information provided by another Petzworld user.
  • You will not use the service to disrupt public order.
  • You will not infringe upon the normal running of Petzworld or its infrastructure in any way.
  • You will immediately cease contacting any user who asks you to stop contacting them.
  • You will not post, copy, modify, disclose or distribute via our App or app or website or App any confidential information; or any other material which is subject to our or a third party’s (intellectual property) rights, without first obtaining our or the relevant third party’s prior written consent.
  • You agree to compensate us for any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to such claim or damages) demanded by a third party in respect of any matter relating to or arising from any breach or suspected breach by you of these terms of use or the rights of a third party. We reserve the right to issue warnings, suspend access to Your Account or terminate Your Account, if we reasonably consider that you are in breach of these terms of use.

Petzworld provides assistance and guidance through its customer care team. When communicating with us, you agree to not be abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexist, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or indulge in any other inappropriate behaviour. If we feel that your behavior towards our customer care team or any other employee is threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account without any warning.

Petzworld reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your account without any refund or reimbursement if we feel you have misled Petzworld or its users, or misused the Service, or behaved in a way that Petzworld regards as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications that occur off the service involving users you met through Petzworld.

Safety

The company currently does not conduct any criminal and/or other formal background checks of all its users and also does not attempt to verify the statements of its users. You are solely responsible for taking all appropriate safety precautions in connection with the use of the app or app or website and app and contacting other users. You accept that there are risks interacting online or offline with other users, including dating and meeting other users. We do not guarantee or verify the accuracy of information provided to you by other users. Petzworld makes every effort to keep the information made available on the app or app or website and app accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the information is accurate, complete or current. No rights can be derived from it. Any reliance on the provided information is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the app or app or website or app will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. All content and services on the app or app or website or app are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Any decisions or actions taken by you on the basis of the information provided on or via the app or app or website and app are at your sole discretion and risk.

Petzworld shall not collect data from minors. Should a Member lie about his/her date of birth, and particularly if he/she fraudulently claims to be over 18 years of age, the parents of the minor in question should inform Petzworld of this by sending an email info@digitalmutation.in requesting the data to be deleted. Petzworld commits to deleting all data on the minor in question as soon as possible.

 

Purchases, Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Since Petzworld does not sell physical goods there is no cancellation or return. Petzworld users can make a payment to purchase digital goods which can be used for soliciting a connection with other Petzworld users. Digitals goods include Messages and PRO subscriptions. New digital goods may be introduced and older digital goods may be modified or removed from time to time. Digital goods obtained through referrals, will expire within 12 months.

When you make an in-app purchase, you will be prompted to enter details for your account with your Software Store (“your IAP Account”), and your IAP Account will be charged for the in app purchase in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase as well as the general terms for in-app purchases that apply to your IAP Account. Some Software Stores may charge you sales tax, depending on where you live. If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription through an in-app purchase, your IAP Account will continue to be billed for the subscription until you cancel. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing. If you do not wish your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or terminate your subscription, you will need to log in to your IAP account and follow instructions to cancel your subscription, even if you have otherwise deleted your account with us or if you have deleted the Petzworld application from your device. Deleting your account on Petzworld or deleting the Petzworld application from your device does not cancel your subscription; Petzworld will retain all funds charged to your IAP Account until you cancel your subscription through your IAP Account.

In general, payments once made, are not refunded under any circumstances. In other words, you do not have the option of cancelling or getting a refund for any payment. It follows that you will not be getting a refund for any payment when your membership is terminated. We may make an exception if a refund is requested within 14 days of the transaction date if the payment was made in a currency other than INR, and if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds. Such refunds will be issued within 7 business days.

Any payment related queries regarding payments made from iOS devices using your Apple ID must be sent to Apple and not to Petzworld. To request a refund, please visit https://getsupport.apple.com. If you made the payment using your Google Play Store, please contact the Petzworld customer support by writing to info@digitalmutation.in with your order details and invoice from the Google Play Store. If you made a payment through the App or app or website or through any other payment gateway, please contact the Petzworld customer support by writing to team  with your order details and invoice.

 

License

The rights granted by Petzworld to the user are restricted to private and personal use. As a user of Petzworld, you grant Petzworld a free-of-charge, non-exclusive, international and permanent license for the use, reproduction, representation, modification and translation of any basic intellectual property-related component (text, emojis, photos, videos etc.) that it may provide through the App for the non-exclusive purpose of communicating with other users on Petzworld. Petzworld can use such content in any format on the App or app or website, App, ads, other shielded areas accessible by other users and for other internal purposes.

Petzworld reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Petzworld shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

 

Deletion of Account

A user of Petzworld may decide at any time and without notice to delete their account. If this user wishes to use Petzworld again, they will be required to register once again.

If a user deletes their account:

  • Their profile will be removed from the list of profiles on Petzworld
  • The user cannot reactivate their deleted profile

Petzworld reserves the right to terminate your membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access with respect to a breach of any of the terms with or without notice. Under any circumstances purchases made on Petzworld will not be refundable.

USE OF INFORMATION

User agrees to treat all information obtained from the Service, including listings, member directory, and any information otherwise made available to User in the Service (“Content”) as proprietary to Petzworld. User agrees that Content reserved for members will be maintained as confidential and shall be protected as a trade secret of Petzworld. Petzworld does not ensure the accuracy of, endorse or recommend any Content and a User uses such Content at the User’s own risk. A User may access the listings/advertisements in the Service solely to obtain initial information from which further evaluation and investigation may commence. User shall limit access to and use of listings to personal and internal use, and shall not use listings obtained from the Service for further distribution, publication, public display, or preparation of derivative works or facilitate any of these activities in any way. User shall not use or reproduce any Content that is obtained from the Service, or that is otherwise made available to User in the Service, for or in connection with any other listing/advertising Service or device. User further shall not use the Service provided by the company in any other manner for or in connection with any other listing Service or device. Users violating these specific terms, specifically those Users searching the Service in an abusive or excessive manner, by automated or manual means, shall be subject to immediate termination of their membership without notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 All logos, brands, trade marks and Service marks (“Marks”) appearing in Petzworld are the properties either owned or used under license by DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. and / or its associates. All rights accruing from the same, statutory or otherwise, wholly vest with DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. / its associates. The access to Petzworld does not confer upon the User any license or right to use in respect of these Marks and therefore the use of these Marks in any form or manner, whatsoever is strictly prohibited. Any violation of the above would constitute an offence under the prevailing laws of India.

By allowing Users to access Petzworld, DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. grants the Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, revocable license (the “License”) to access and use the Services, provided that the User is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

If any provision of these Petzworld terms and conditions or part thereof is inconsistent with or is held to be invalid/void by or under any law, rule, order or regulation of any Government or by the final adjudication of any court, such inconsistency or invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision of the terms and conditions.

WAIVER

 The failure of DIGITAL MUTATION PVT. LTD. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms and conditions of use shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such right or provision subsequently.

GOVERNING LAW

  • PetzWorld does not conduct background checks on users. Take reasonable precautions when interacting with other members.

You assume full responsibility for any issues or incidents that occur during or following pet dates arranged through the service.
